Bart Bryant’s Wife Sadly passed away on April 5, 2017. She was a Tennessee track legend, national champion and seven-time All-American. She was also a three-time All-American in cross country and a four-time All-American in track.
She was a member of the Tennessee women’s track and field team that won the AIAW Outdoor National Championship, in 1981. This was the schools First first national championship in women’s athletics. She finished sixth at the national championships with a time of 16:31.59 to score UT’s final point of the national meet and earned All-America honours in the 5,000 meters.
