He says : “I saw cars zooming down the highway — it was crazy,” he recalled to Fox News Digital. “I had never seen anything like that. I was just so enthralled with the idea of going 40 miles an hour. It was like going to another planet.”
This was his first glimpse of the outside world and it was all amazing and astonishing to him.
